Rollout is a simple yet powerful mobile assistant for patrol officers. The app cuts admin workload and improves information sharing, helping agencies be more efficient and informed.

Officers spend more than a third of every shift on administrative reporting. This reduces field presence, damages morale, and costs taxpayers billions.
“I feel like a desk clerk in a patrol car–not a street cop out serving my community.”
–SAN JOSE, CA PATROL OFFICER
“Our tech is slow and painful to use. Officers are spending hours on paperwork when they should be on the street.”

Collect incident information
Officers use the Rollout mobile app during the incident – scanning documents, taking photos, and recording voice notes. Rollout works as an assistant: structuring the information, drafting a narrative, and preparing the report.
Review and submit the report
Rollout's laptop app will fill any records management form or PDF – with no integration required. Officer reviews and submits.
Rollout was founded by Ted Sullivan and Kiril Savino, entrepreneurs who previously co-founded GameChanger, the mobile app that transformed youth sports and was acquired by Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Louisville Metro PD’s Deputy Chief Emily McKinley — a longtime GameChanger customer — reached out to Ted, asking if he could bring the same simplicity and impact to policing. That conversation sparked the creation of Rollout and led to a pilot with LMPD.
