We're excited to share that Rollout has raised a $5.5 million seed funding round led by Seattle-based venture capital firm Trilogy Equity Partners.
We know and trust Trilogy’s team because we've built alongside them before—Trilogy led the Series A at GameChanger, helping us scale one of the highest grossing sports apps in the world. This year Wall Street Journal called GameChanger “a staple of youth sports,” reporting that it’s “printing almost $150 million of annual revenue, with the average user staying on the platform for 45 minutes.”
Now we’re back together to build something just as exciting. Trilogy is the firm we wanted: smart and experienced in all the ways we need in long-term partners.
“We’ve known Ted and Kiril for years and appreciate both their talent for simplifying complicated workflows as well as their humility when listening and learning in a new market,” said Amy McCullough, Trilogy Managing Director. “If anyone is going to tackle automating and modernizing the unsolved and increasing administrative load for police officers, it’s Ted and Kiril. Their track record of building and scaling category creating, customer centric solutions is tremendous. We’re so excited to partner with them again as they build a company that we believe can have a meaningful and lasting impact for law enforcement and the communities they serve.”
Amy will join the Rollout board as part of Trilogy’s investment. The funding allows us to move faster toward our goal of reducing the time police officers spend on paperwork every shift, starting with building the kind of empowered and customer-obsessed team that made GameChanger successful.
We are currently hiring for engineering roles. If you're excited about applying AI to meaningful real-world problems—and building products that people depend on every day—we'd love to hear from you.
A huge thank you to Trilogy — and to the officers and law enforcement leaders who've helped us get Rollout off the ground.
